3. Prepare and Distribute Property Brochure – targeted to businesses that require similar space and size attributes that can capitalize on the buildings location and area amenities.
4. Web Based Marketing – including Premier Commercial Properties' website, LoopNet, Craigs List, MNCAR and other commercial real estate sites.
5. Tours - schedule and accompany potential tenants on tours and/or inspections of the property.
