1. Complete Your Objectives: We will sell or lease your property for you. You can be as hands-off (or hands-on) as you’d like.
2. Market Your Property & Search for Buyers/Tenants: We will search for potential buyers and tenants for your property via advertising, direct mail, broadcast emails, door-to-door and telephone canvassing, and networking though specific broker awareness campaigns.
3. Prepare and Distribute Property Brochure: We will target businesses that require similar space and size attributes and capitalize on your building’s location and area amenities.
4. Leverage Online Marketing: We will market your property online, including the Premier Commercial Properties website, LoopNet, Craigslist, MNCAR, Costar, BizBuySell, City Feet, Crexi, and other commercial real estate sites.
5. Facilitate Tours: We will schedule and accompany potential tenants on tours and/or inspections of the property.
6. Draft Required Paperwork: We will create required paperwork, including market-based proposal(s), letters of intent, and lease agreements.
7. Review Financials: Once offers are in, we will perform a complete financial evaluation, credit review, and proposal analysis.
