If you partner with Premier Commercial Properties for your property management needs, you’ve probably already met property manager John Thannum and been impressed with his organizational skills.
Property management involves a lot of moving parts, and John has a knack for making sure everything is coordinated and gets taken care of on time for property owners. He enjoys building relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors to keep everything in order and running smoothly.
On any given day, you’ll find John performing site walkthroughs and coordinating visits from vendors to make sure no maintenance or repair tasks is missed. He also works with Mike and other Premier team members to make sure bills are getting paid and rent’s coming in on time.
John is a graduate of the University of Northwestern, where he earned his marketing degree. When he’s not supporting Premier Commercial Properties building owners, you can find John hanging out with his wife up at the cabin, especially during the summer months.
