Leverage Online Marketing: We will market your property online, including the Premier Commercial Properties website, LoopNet, Craigslist, MNCAR, Costar, BizBuySell, City Feet, Crexi, and other commercial real estate sites.
Facilitate Tours: We will schedule and accompany potential tenants on tours and/or inspections of the property.
Draft Required Paperwork: We will create required paperwork, including market-based proposal(s), letters of intent, and lease agreements.
Review Financials: Once offers are in, we will perform a complete financial evaluation, credit review, and proposal analysis.
