Rodney Lee’s clients have a distinct advantage. Rodney’s passion was ignited in 1978 when he was living in North Dakota. He began his career in residential real estate buying and selling fix-up homes. Rodney soon realized he was good at making deals and putting investors together. In 1980, he decided to focus exclusively on commercial real estate – he has never looked back.
Serving Anoka, Hennepin, and Sherburne County, Rodney brings his clients the benefit of almost 40 years of experience, combined with unmatched skills, knowledge, dedication, and a passion for realizing their commercial real estate goals.
In 1987, Rodney and his family moved to the Twin Cities. Settling in Anoka County, Rodney began building a reputation as the agent who finds a way to get things done.
Over the years the real estate market has had its challenges. Each upswing and downturn has given Rodney unique experience, and helped him develop solutions in property management; property development, investments, sales, and leasing to help his clients and investors continue to make gains in the commercial real estate market.
Rodney has dedicated his career to serving clients for life. As a result, most of his clients come to him by referral from friends, family, and happy past clients. They refer to him without reservation because they know they can trust him to give his honest opinion, even if it means “No sale.” They know they can trust him to protect his clients with a “win-win” or “no deal” way of negotiating, and to work tirelessly to solve any problems large or small.
Some accomplishments Rodney is most proud of is the development and leasing of Club West Plaza; the development, leasing, and sale of Blaine Medical Center in 2012; the development, leasing, and sale of Fridley Medical Center in 2014; and most recently, the sale of a 240,000 sq. ft. industrial building leased by ATK to an investor in 2015.
When it’s time to relax, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Pam of 38 years, their two children, their spouses, and six grandchildren. Rodney likes to play golf and is an avid fan of the Twins and the Vikings—even when they are not winning! You might catch him around town having coffee with old friends and clients.
