Premier’s Mike Fisher Kicks off 2025 Strong with 7 Commercial Real Estate Deals

Premier partner Mike Fisher has had a strong start to 2025, closing seven commercial real estate deals in the last six weeks. Mike has helped his landlords secure many ideal tenants, negotiated favorable terms, and customized deals to meet the unique needs of each property. Here’s a look at the north metro real estate deals Mike has closed since the start of the year.

10057 Polk Street Blaine, Minnesota  

This Polk Street property is now leased for the next five years. The 5,000 square-foot industrial tenant will take advantage of the property’s ideal location off of Highway 65 in Blaine, including 3,900 square-foot warehouse space and more than 2,000 square feet of office space. The property also features two drive-in doors and limited outdoor storage.

10661 Nassau Street Blaine, Minnesota

Mike helped another Blaine landlord close on a five-year lease on a 2,500 square-foot industrial space. The property features several industrial suites in a 38,366 square-foot building, a fully sprinkled warehouse, and great access to I-35W and Highway 65.

3580 Linden Avenue White Bear Lake, Minnesota

Mike recently helped a White Bear Lake landlord negotiate a three-year office lease on 1,200 square feet of space in an office condo development. The office features a reception area, kitchenette, conference room, and seven private offices as well as a workstation area. The property has excellent access to Highway 61 and 35E as well as area offices and retail.

6957 US-10 Ramsey, Minnesota

Up in Ramsey, Mike helped an office building landlord lease three single offices to local businesses. The leases include utilities, ample parking, and renovated office and common areas. The office suites are conveniently located on US-10.

299 Coon Rapids Boulevard Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Closer to home, Mike closed a one-year lease on a 488 square-foot office in Premier’s headquarters on Coon Rapids Boulevard in Coon Rapids. The office suite features a large, open work area that shares a common conference room and kitchenette with other tenants. The office is convenient to are shopping, restaurants, and Highways US-10, 610, and 65.

21476 Johnson Street East Bethel, Minnesota

Mike worked with this East Bethel property owner to place the office/warehouse property under contract to sell. The 6,144 square-foot building features 3,648 square feet of warehouse space with a 12-foot drive-in door as well as beautifully appointed reception, lounge, and office spaces.

944 Grand Avenue St. Paul, Minnesota

Rounding out a busy six weeks, Mike also represented the seller in a deal on a Grand Avenue property in St. Paul. Congratulations to Mike and the landlords he represented in these seven deals.
