When it was time to sell his business’s Columbus, Minnesota, location, Mark Montgomery knew he’d be in good hands with Premier Commercial Properties’ Marty Fisher. The property was secured with fencing, and a gate with pass card access guaranteed security. The property was the perfect fit for a contractor’s new headquarters.  

Despite these stellar features and Marty’s best efforts, the property was on the market for six months with no serious interest. Mr. Montgomery decided to take a break from listing the property. A week later, two real estate agents walked in the door and wanted to buy it. After negotiating with them for months on his own, Mr. Montgomery decided to bring Marty back in to close the deal.

“I’d Like to Buy Him a Beer Someday!”

With Marty’s help the negotiations quickly came to a close. Marty got the buyers to agree to pay the asking price for the property. They took possession in 2021.

Throughout the process, Mr. Montgomery really enjoyed working with Marty. “Marty’s a strong communicator, and he’s the salt of the earth,” he explains. “I’d like to buy him a beer someday!”
