Coon Rapids, Minnesota, July 1, 2022 – Premier Commercial Properties’ Mike Fisher announces closed deals on five prominent north metro properties, including the iconic G’s Café in downtown Anoka.
The G’s Café business went on the market at the end of February. Fisher represented the seller and closed the sale on the 2,000 square-foot property in Anoka for $350,000. A six-suite warehouse rental property in St. Michael was also offered for sale this year. Fisher represented the seller and closed on the property for $1,325,000.
Fisher also successfully negotiated leases on three north metro office spaces. He represented the landlords in the 2022-year lease of an 830 square-foot office in Blaine for $900 a month and the 2022-year lease for a 441 square-foot office in Elk River for $783.51 a month. Fisher also negotiated the sublease of two single offices in a Blaine office building for a total of $1,000 a month.
