About Rich

With more than a decade of experience working in the north and northwest metro areas, Rich understands that where you choose to locate your business is not just about finding the right space for the best price, it’s about finding the best fit.

That’s why he enjoys working with small business owners who consider their companies part of their communities. Rich understands that leasing a small office or warehouse is often the first step in growing a business, and he’s honored to work alongside clients as they grow out of spaces and into new ones.

Rich’s vast network of connections in Anoka County and beyond helps him uncover properties that haven’t hit the market yet. Often, he’s able to negotiate a purchase agreement for a client before a property is even listed. Rich loves being out in the field touring different sites, which helps him find properties for his clients. He offers property owners complimentary property valuations so they can get a sense of what their property is worth and get a feel for the market.

Rich is a partner in Premier Commercial Properties and has been a member of the Premier team since 2005.
