After more than 20 years in Ramsey, we’ve moved our office to a new location in Coon Rapids on September 1, 2017! We found the perfect building for our expanded offices and an ideal opportunity to remodel and update an existing building to share with other businesses.

When we found the building, it was 40% vacant and our goal was not only to make this the new home for Premier Commercial Properties, but to bring new life to the building.
